Cut and wash the fish.
Add rock salt, turmeric,lemon juice to the fish. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Then marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste and ground Kashmiri Chilly Paste.Keep aside.
Add 2 Tbsps corn flour to the marinated fish.
Sallow fry the fish half cook.
For the Gravy Take the onions.
Make slices.
In a saucepan heat oil and add mustard,fennel seeds powder,onions,tomato paste,curry leaves,garlic and sauté.
Sauté over medium heat.
Add ground coriander Paste and chilly paste.
Sauté all ingredients.
Add salt,tamarind Paste,coconut milk. And cook over medium heat.
Add half cooked fish.
Serve Village style fish gravy !
